Return & Exchange
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Conditions :
1. For standard size drss , you can get full refund for Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items, Size Deviation & Color Mismatch problems, different for the pictures , it doesn't fit you .
For custom made dress , we don't accept refund or exchange if our dress has no quality , color and style problem . So you need give us the correct size measurement before placing the order .
2. You need to contact us within a week if you would like to return or exchange the dresses , when receive package .
1. Submit a return request to Customer Service email@example.com within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.
Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
-Please contact our customer service within 7 days after you receive your items to get a permission if you want to exchange.
- Goods need to be shipped back to the designated returning address by the customer after getting the permission ; we will check the defects and revise for you. The cost of re-ship to your address will also be charged.
We have rights to refuse any disputes, refund and exchange problems if you send us complaints emails, problem emails or dispute emails out of one week. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 7 days after we receive your order with a proof, and all problems must be solved within one week.
